We want you to love your unique upcycled creation, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition with tags intact to support our zero-waste mission.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring the product is unworn and the artisan tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
